Are you going to answer? Kickstart your summer at the library! Want to learn how to DJ? Make sushi? How about building a castle out of cardboard?
Believe it or not, you can do all this at the library! Summer Wonder runs from June 20 to September 5. It's your chance to try something new and get lost in a good book or two (or 12... or 50!). Discover amazing stories, meet new friends and ask big questions. Here are 10 ways to join the fun:
1. Look for a Summer Wonder bingo card at your branch and use it to start exploring the library.
2. Sign up for the TD Summer Reading Club starting Saturday, June 20.
3. Get crafty, make music or meet magicians in an arts program.
4. Trade tales with Canadian authors and illustrators.
5. Explore coding, drama, music and more (yes, even making delicious handrolls) at a day camp.
6. Check out programs in French and make your own clay aliens and woven llamas.
7. Spark curiosity with STEM activities featuring robots, snakes and, um... snot? (Eww!)
8. Design a butterfly garden, spacecraft or something new and never seen before in a Wonder Workshop.
9. Watch Creativity Challenges and science experiments on our YouTube channel.
10. Learn a weird fact on the Wonder Wall at your branch or online, then post your own question.
Adventure starts this summer at your library! What will you discover and create?
