Grab & Go!

Sure, it's awesome when your holds arrive, especially if it was a long wait. But you already know what you ordered. Want to be surprised by a bunch of awesome books, with no waitlist? Borrow a grab & go bag!

If you miss browsing at the library, this is a fun way to discover an interesting topic. Each bag contains books, DVDs or CDs with a specific theme. It's like getting a mystery gift bag from a librarian!

The outside of the bag tells you what's inside or at least gives you a hint. Different branches have grab & go bags with all sorts of topics, like crafts, magic and space. Check out these grab & go bags at Steeles Branch!

Remember to take the bag away from the pickup point before opening it. If there's anything you don't want, like a book you've already read, please return it in the outside book drop. But the paper bag itself is yours to keep!

You can find grab & go bags at more than 70 branches. Check to see if your local library is on the list. There are bags for all ages, so tell everyone in your family!
