Take the 2026 TPL Reading Challenge! You can start anytime this year. In fact, this is your sign to start today. (Unless you're reading this on December 31. You might not be able to get a lot of reading done, so better hop in your time machine and start earlier!)
How to play:
Pick up a Reading Challenge bingo card at your local branch or download the PDF. Choose a square and read a book that fits the category. Try books you don't usually read and discover new authors and genres! Mark the square with an X or a sticker once you've read the book. Complete one line, three lines or the full card. It's up to you! Fill out an online survey by December 31, 2026 for a chance to win an awesome prize pack.
Which category are you excited about this year? "First in a series" could be your excuse to find a new book obsession. "Character in disguise" sounds cool and mysterious, or potentially very funny. "Mythical creature"... will you pick your favourite, or discover one you've never heard of?
