EarlyON Family Resource Program
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
In partnership with EarlyON Child and Family Centre of Regent Park Community Health Centre, the Parliament St. Branch will be hosting a series of family resource program where parents and caregivers will receive quality resource referrals, circle time for the young ones, and nutritious snacks. Come and meet other parents, and let your children socialize with each other! Suitable for families with children birth to six years old.

Join us to make easy salt dough for a handprint keepsake or get creative!
For babies from birth to 36 months with their parents and caregivers. All supplies provided.

June 10th will feature a Drag Storytime with Dank Sinatra as part of our Pride Month programming!

Drag Storytime with Dank Sinatra

Join Non-Binary Drag Artist Dank Sinatra for Drag Storytime at St. James Town Library! This half-hour program features stories all about self-expression, self-acceptance, community togetherness, and familial love, with plenty of songs and dances the whole family can enjoy.
Dank Sinatra is the drag persona of Eli Holliday, a Librarian and award-nominated theater artist. Dank has been organizing and facilitating drag storytimes and children?s activities since 2018, working with organizations like Vancouver?s Storytelling with Drag Queens Foundation and the South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre. They regularly host storytimes at Type Books in the Junction and at TPL branches across the city. Keep up with all them on instagram @danksinatradrag.

Participants will be capped at the first 30 families.

Rainbow Storytime

Join us for a special Rainbow Storytime where we celebrate all children and families! The Storytime will include a range of inclusive books, stories, songs and rhymes that foster acceptance, embrace diversity, and help get kids ready for reading!
This program is suitable for children 5 years and under with
a parent or caregiver.
This event is part of Toronto Public Library's ongoing Pride series. For 2SLGBTQ+ events, reading lists, videos and more, check out tpl.ca/pride.
