Introduction to 3D Printing
3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Learn how 3D printers work and how you can print at the Toronto Public Library?s Digital Innovation Hubs. This class includes hands-on instruction with Prusa Slicer, the software used to prepare your 3D object file for printing on a Prusa MK3S printer.
Note: Customers are no longer required to attend a mandatory 3D printing class prior to using a 3D printer at the Toronto Public Library?s Digital Innovation Hubs. This class is for those who are interested in learning more about 3D printing and how to use the Prusa Slicier software.

Baby Time

Bouncing and tickling rhymes, songs and stories for babies from birth to 18 months with their parents or caregivers.
Drop in, no registration required.
Participants will be capped at the first 30 families.
Please note that there will be no Baby Time on Friday, April 18.

Martha Baillie Reads From "The Incident Report"
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Join author Martha Baillie at the Parliament Street Library as she reads from her book ?The Incident Report? to celebrate the release of the film adaptation, Darkest Miriam.
There will be a draw for two tickets to the film screening event at the Allan Gardens on Monday, March 31 evening for participants present at the author reading program on Friday, March 28.
About the author:
Martha Baillie was born in Toronto, and educated in a French-English bilingual school. She studied history and modern languages (French and Russian) at the University of Edinburgh. She completed her studies at the Sorbonne in Paris and at the University of Toronto. While at university, she became involved in theatre. In 1981, she took an extended trip through parts of Asia including Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Burma, Nepal and India. This experience inspired her to switch her focus from acting to writing. Friday EarlyON: Getting Ready for Kindergarten
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
A program to enhance caregivers' knowledge and skills on preparing your child for lifelong success through everyday activities.
It includes:
- Routines
- Self-regulation
- Self-help skills (Gradually attain independence)
- Conversation (Language and Communication)
- Early literacy
For ages 3-6 only. Graduation day for this session will take place on Friday, May 16th.

This is program will be held on the 3rd floor, in Room A.
