Share the love of reading! Kids and parents will read a pre-selected book together, and then join us on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the library to chat about the book. Our book for May is TOM'S MIDNIGHT GARDE, by Philippa Pearce. Thirteen o'clock! Tom races down the stairs and finds, outside the back door, a wonderful garden. A garden everyone told him didn't exist. Tom's midnight garden is full of magic and adventure, and children too. Are they ghosts? Or is it Tom who is really the ghost? An enduring classic children's literature.
Registration is required by calling the branch at 416-394-5088. Copies of the selected book of the month are available for pickup at the front desk. Please speak with staff.
