Caribbean Storytime with Yolanda T. Marshall

Let's get moving! Join Guyanese-born Canadian author Yolanda T. Marshall for a lively, interactive storytelling program as she reads from her Caribbean-inspired picture books followed by Soca music.

Yolanda T. Marshall is the author of the picture books My Soca Birthday Party​, Keman?s First Carnival,​ C is for Carnival, and many more.

This is a free, drop-in program where children and their parents or caregivers can enjoy play-based learning, creative activities, games, and stories and songs while learning about the stages of child development.

Apple Fun Puppetry

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Join Applefun Puppetry for 45-minutes of puppet show fun.

Oh no! The Sheriff has stolen the money! The best way to get it
back? A dancing contest of course!

Afterwards, everyone learns how to make a paper puppet to take home.
