Rhyme: Kind Hearts

Rhymes prepare your child to sound out words as she learns to read. Rhymes also help your child understand that words are made of smaller parts.
Kind hearts are gardens,
Kind thoughts are roots,
Kind words are flowers,
Kind deeds are fruits.
Take care of your garden,
And keep out the weeds,
Fill it with sunshine,
Kind words and kind deeds.
