Rhyme: Five Little Speckled Frogs

Related to: Hearing Words, Sing

Rhymes help your child understand that words are made of smaller parts. You can add actions to rhymes to help break down language into separate parts.

Five little speckled frogs,
Sat on a speckled log,
Eating some most delicious bugs.
Yum Yum.

One jumped into the pool,
Where it was nice and cool,
Then there were four speckled frogs.
Glug Glug.

Repeat rhyme for:
Four little speckled frogs...
Three little speckled frogs...
Two little speckled frogs...
One speckled frog...
