According to the United Nations World Population Prospects 2019 report, it is estimated that there are 7.7 billion people. Population growth will outpace declines in some areas of the world and some areas of the world are more densely populated than others.
According to World Atlas:
Manila is the most densely populated city on earth with 41,515 people per square kilometre.
Greenland is the least densely populated place in the world is Greenland with 0.03 people per square kilometre.
So if you're looking for a tranquil place, Greenland is the place to go.
